Lead engineering reviews to drive innovative solutions that can be safely installed and are best for the asset need<\/li>\n<li>Provide challenge to design and contractors proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Support the CPS business by advising on overall renewal strategies<\/li>\n<li>Support liaison with National Highways (SES) on technical issues and submissions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure designs are delivered in accordance with CPS Quality Management Processes, internal standards and CDM Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the design and technical delivery of M&amp;E projects from concept through to construction<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and consultancy to the Design and Engineering Team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the design and sequencing of multi-disciplinary schemes within the tunnel environment to ensure integrated solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead innovation and continual improvement in the delivery of schemes and techniques used in design and construction.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop design solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Leading the engineering of work packages. Support and challenge scheme direction and design options via Gateway review process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"jobad-qualifications\"><strong>What do we need from you<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a Electrical or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the DMRB, MCHW and British and European regulations and standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for design and a desire to contribute to a creative team.<\/li>\n<li>Be a member of a professional body.<\/li>\n<li>Be professionally qualified or working towards professional qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities Provide technical assurance and reviews of design proposals ensuring they align with project goals, the DMRB and relevant standards.
