With a strong emphasis on sustainability and decarbonisation, you\u2019ll apply your advanced technical engineering, interpersonal, and organisational skills to support the delivery of structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, energy, and power sectors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__content__view\"><strong>In your role as a technical lead, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality services to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Champion innovative thinking and diverse perspectives to identify best-value solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"article__content__view\">Our Structural Solutions capability is part of Jacobs\u2019 wider Transportation business, known for delivering technically complex schemes both in the UK and internationally.
