    Join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of large-scale facilities and infrastructure projects for global clients. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers, engineers, and designers, helping coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and support effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Provide project coordination and administrative support to project teams and clients.<\/li>\n
    • Support communication between project stakeholders and help maintain strong client relationships.<\/li>\n
    • Process and track project documentation, including RFIs, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, drawings, and change orders.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic project files across multiple systems and platforms.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare, organize, distribute, and archive meeting minutes and project documentation.<\/li>\n
    • Assist with the preparation of project reports and other project deliverables.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and other project partners regarding documentation and project requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Collect, compile, and submit project closeout documentation and maintain project records.<\/li>\n
    • Support project workflows, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

      Here’s what you’ll need<\/div>\n
      \n
        \n
      • At least 2 year of experience in a project coordination, administration, or similar professional environment.<\/li>\n
      • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent experience in project coordination or a similar environment are also encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n
      • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word (Access is an advantage).<\/li>\n
      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n
      • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with project documentation and reporting<\/li>\n
      • Ability and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and software tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
