    Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Provide technical assistance and support to the design team in all aspects of project execution and delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Manage the setup, development, configuration, establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use.<\/li>\n
    • Setup and manage BIM documentation for internal and external use.<\/li>\n
    • Setup BIM design and review models and multidisciplinary coordination.<\/li>\n
    • Support on BIM specific processes and procedures where required.<\/li>\n
    • Deliver training and ongoing support for design staff.<\/li>\n
    • Oversee quality assurance processes and verify deliverable consistency.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and maintain coordination reports, including clash detection.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain BIM automation workflows to streamline processes across Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.<\/li>\n
    • Schedule and monitor automated tasks for exporting NWCs, PDFs, schedules, IFCs, and generating lists.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with engineers and designers across multiple disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

      Here’s what you’ll need<\/div>\n
      \n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in technical discipline.<\/li>\n
      • 4-7+ years of relevant BIM experience.<\/li>\n
      • Broad knowledge of the construction industry and processes, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP.<\/li>\n
      • An understanding of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies.<\/li>\n
      • Fluent English – written and spoken.<\/li>\n
      • Hands-on experience with ACC, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks automation workflows.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
      • Experience of delivering training\/learning.<\/li>\n
      • Presentation\/demonstration skills.<\/li>\n
      • Team player with an ability to work independently when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
