Our diverse and multinational teams are working closely together with project management, engineering, as well as with end customers to provide customized solutions based on the latest innovations in HVDC technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How You\u2019ll Make an Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>You will actively advance the Energy Transition by bringing our HVDC projects to successful completion with our customers.<\/li>\n<li>As part of a project team, you will carry out hardware and software tests, including customer acceptance in one of our test centers and at our customers\u2019 sites worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for the configuration, testing, and commissioning of switchyard control in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) systems.<\/li>\n<li>You independently trace bugs and support our Software Engineering in debugging.<\/li>\n<li>You support Commissioning Management in Quality, Risk, and Claim Management as well as improvement programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or comparable education\/qualification, or Certified Technician.<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge with working experience in commissioning of bay control units, ideally SIPROTEC 5 series with DIGSI 5, including associated high-voltage components in the switchyard.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of high-voltage and substation technology, as well as testing of interlocking logic schemes and automatic control sequences.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English language skills.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness for worldwide business trips and mainly long-term assignments on construction sites in the UK, Ireland, and abroad, as well as optional assignments on offshore platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with strong communication skills, proactive attitude, positive handling of conflicts, and decision-making capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
