{"id":19371,"date":"2026-06-30T13:13:08","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:13:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/release-train-engineer-f-m-d\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T13:13:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:13:08","slug":"siemens-energy-global-gmbh-co-kg-release-train-engineer-f-m-d-bucharest-rumunia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/siemens-energy-global-gmbh-co-kg-release-train-engineer-f-m-d-bucharest-rumunia\/","title":{"rendered":"Release Train Engineer (f\/m\/d)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A Snapshot of Your Day<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach who facilitates Agile Release Train execution, aligns teams and stakeholders, and helps deliver value at scale by managing dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How You\u2019ll Make an Impact as Release Train Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events:<\/strong> Plan and execute PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect &amp; Adapt workshops.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate and communicate:<\/strong> Ensure alignment across teams, stakeholders, and leadership, fostering collaboration and transparency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage risks and dependencies:<\/strong> Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of features.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous improvement:<\/strong> Promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and process enhancements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support teams:<\/strong> Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure effective Agile practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metrics and reporting:<\/strong> Track and report on ART performance, using metrics to drive improvements and ensure accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Extensive experience in Agile project management, with several years as an RTE or similar role.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Certifications:<\/strong> SAFe RTE certification or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-solving:<\/strong> Ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop solutions to improve ART performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Digital Products and Solutions is a dynamic and innovative organisation within Siemens Energy dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.
