Throughout the day, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with Key Account Managers, discussing the most important customer KPIs and strategic direction.<\/li>\n<li>Join a strategic session with regional BA Sales Leads to prepare for upcoming account reviews and agree on improvement actions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Digital core teams to evaluate new AI agents that will enhance account reporting efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss new approaches to improve training and capability-building programs for the sales force.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate a best-practice workshop for Key Account Managers, ensuring alignment with the Account Management Framework and collaboration with the BAs.<\/li>\n<li>Brief senior management on insights from customer feedback, align on planned executive bilaterals, and propose measures to strengthen partnership strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How You\u2019ll Make an Impact Head of Global Account Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape and govern Siemens Energy\u2019s global Account Management Framework as Core process owner, ensuring excellence across all regions and Business Areas.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the implementation of the Account Management framework for Europe, functionally leading the Key Account Managers in Hub Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the Account Management Excellence team, promoting the community, tools, data, standardization, and adoption of best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track execution quality and customer engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and roll out training and capability-building programs to uplift sales and account management standards.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, influencing strategy and driving customer-centric transformation globally.<\/li>\n<li>Foster digital enablement by integrating tools, AI Agents, and data-driven insights into the account planning process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrating outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with a versatile, creative, agile, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.<\/li>\n<li>More than 5 years of direct experience in Sales or Business Development within the energy, oil &amp; gas, chemical, or other industrial sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the energy landscape in Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in developing actionable concepts for strategic customer development.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Account Management is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking with a conceptual mindset, complemented by a practical, hands-on attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in-class services and solutions in the areas of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT<\/li>\n<li>HR<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate<\/li>\n<li>Strategy &amp; Technology<\/li>\n<li>And more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who is Siemens Energy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
