You will also work closely with:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Project management teams<\/li>\n<li>Back-office teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>driving the project forward and making a significant impact on our operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How You\u2019ll Make an Impact as General Site Manager (f\/m\/d) for HVDC Power Transmission Construction Sites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Overall responsibility for onsite works within Siemens Energy Grid Technologies \/ High Voltage Solutions scope, including legal accountability for project site and site personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Representation of project management interests on site towards customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Accountability for onsite order execution, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality results using standardized tools.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and procedures, including promotion and leadership of Zero Harm Culture.<\/li>\n<li>Management and documentation of non-conformances, deviations, and claims, including escalation of issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and controlling of corrective actions, risk mitigation, and opportunities, including cost and schedule reviews, reporting, open points management, and closure of technical project changes before milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring as General Site Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Higher education degree in electrical or civil engineering discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in construction of complex industrial projects, preferably HVDC power transmission EPC or consortium environments.<\/li>\n<li>Several years onsite leadership experience in major construction sites in roles such as electrical or civil site lead, including knowledge of construction and commissioning processes and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of EHS policies, practices, regulations, and site execution plans for complex construction projects, as well as additional qualifications such as project management certification (e.g., IPMA preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership of multinational teams in dynamic environments combined with strong communication and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and preferably German.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
