You will partner closely with Global Process Owners, site teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of operational excellence across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key <\/strong><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement and continuously improve business processes within the KVI Group, ensuring compliance with the KVI Process Management System (PMS) and ISO 9001\/14001\/45001 standards.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted Business Partner to Global Process Owners (GPOs) and their support teams, providing expert guidance on process governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver internal training on the Process Management System, monitor process maturity using the KVI PMS maturity model, and report on key performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and participate in internal audits across the KVI Group, identify non-conformities, and drive root cause elimination through structured problem-solving methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Support Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance initiatives, translating business process requirements into data definitions, hierarchies, and critical data elements in partnership with IT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3\u00a0years&#8217; experience in business process excellence or continuous improvement within a complex, matrixed organisation; industrial service background is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in business process re-engineering and lean methodologies, with hands-on experience in lean\/process deployment \u2014 this is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Master Data Management and data governance (customer, supplier, product, finance), including operating models, data ownership, and data quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and present complex ideas clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Engineering (Industrial\/Systems), Business\/Operations, or Information Systems\/Computer Science; advanced BPM\/Quality Management training is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); German, Italian, French, or Slovak are a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"st-additionalInformation\" class=\"job-section\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"job-section\"><strong>Employee perks, benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg\">\n<ul>\n<li>Employment contract for an indefinite period<\/li>\n<li>+ 13th Salary<\/li>\n<li>5% Annual bonus<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00)<\/li>\n<li>Home office possible 2 days a week<\/li>\n<li>Extra days of leave<\/li>\n<li>2 Sick days per year<\/li>\n<li>Recreation allowance<\/li>\n<li>Referral program<\/li>\n<li>Travel allowance<\/li>\n<li>The third pillar of the pension scheme (up to 2,5%)<\/li>\n<li>Company mobile phone or phone allowance<\/li>\n<li>Support for professional and career growth, education and training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Basic wage component (gross): 2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0600 EUR\/month<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This amount is our minimal offered salary.\u00a0Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a Business Process Excellence Partner, you will be the driving force behind process design, governance, and performance improvement.
