Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor,<\/strong>\u00a0where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery<\/li>\n
  • Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001<\/li>\n
  • Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery<\/li>\n
  • Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE\/EWE minimum)<\/li>\n
    • Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge<\/li>\n
    • Read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply international codes (EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED)<\/li>\n
    • MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)<\/li>\n
    • English B2 minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
