Job Description as Senior Project Scheduler<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
    \n
  • Own end-to-end schedule management across the full project lifecycle, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a cohesive master schedule aligned with contract requirements<\/li>\n
  • Drive proactive risk management using CPM analysis and float management to identify schedule risks early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies and protecting against claims<\/li>\n
  • Deliver senior-level reporting \u2014 prepare progress reports, S-curves and baseline deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences; represent schedule performance with customers, consortium partners and suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Uphold scheduling standards \u2014 ensure all schedules conform to company guidelines and procedures; maintain a rigorous as-built schedule capturing baseline versus actual execution for contractually sensitive deviations<\/li>\n
  • Develop the scheduling function \u2014 onboard and mentor Project Schedulers, revise work instructions, and chair schedule-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • 6+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge across the full lifecycle,\u00a0including civil works and plant business<\/li>\n
    • Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and confidence leading schedule-focused meetings with senior stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • Proven CPM and float management skills applied to complex multi-discipline schedules, with the ability to independently derive and implement solutions<\/li>\n
    • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor’s\u00a0Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
