Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We are implementing a\u00a0global IFS Cloud ERP template<\/strong>\u00a0across all our entities worldwide\u2014and we\u2019re looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our\u00a0deployment team<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0Project Management domain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead ERP deployments that make a real impact<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 drive end\u2011to\u2011end rollouts within our IFS program, with a strong focus on Manufacturing and exposure to Project Management.<\/li>\n
  • Bridge business and technology<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 translate manufacturing and project needs into smart ERP processes and system designs that truly work in practice.<\/li>\n
  • Enable users for success<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 deliver engaging Key User trainings, support UAT, and ensure teams are confident and ready for go\u2011live.<\/li>\n
  • Own go\u2011live readiness and stabilization<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 prepare processes, data, and users, support cutover, and provide hands\u2011on support during go\u2011live and hypercare.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and steer deployments<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks to keep deployments on plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    • Hands\u2011on manufacturing expertise<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 solid experience in production or manufacturing environments, ideally combined with project\u2011driven ways of working.<\/li>\n
    • ERP deployment know\u2011how<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 proven exposure to ERP or system implementations, with the ability to turn business needs into practical system solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Project & process mindset<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 good understanding of planning, tracking, and costing in project\u2011based environments.<\/li>\n
    • Strong ownership and delivery focus<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 comfortable working under go\u2011live pressure, including hyper-care phases, willingness to travel, clear execution mindset.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborative problem solver<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 confident stakeholder manager who learns new systems fast and enjoys tackling challenges hands\u2011on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
