Leading from the front, you will provide supervision to the Gibb Tools and Gibb Safety teams, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers by monitoring any issues, and ensuring receipt, put-away and pick functions are completed in full and on time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively assist in the efficient running of the warehouse operation to fulfil operational and customer demand.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that products received into the warehouse are correctly identified received onto OGL and are put-away in the prime location within permitted time scales.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders in accordance with set delivery dates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately, and discrepancies or surplus are reported.<\/li>\n<li>Where possible, resolve any issues or problems which occur in your area of responsibility (AOR) and where appropriate, escalate the issue to the warehouse Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Support the organising of stock and participate in stock takes as directed by the Warehouse Manager which will include working overtime when required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the planning of future capacity requirements for new lines of stock.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in accordance with the company\u2019s Ship Shape policy within your AOR, reporting any Health &amp; Safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure your team adhere to the Health &amp; Safety policy, as well as anyone indirectly within your AOR.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all embroidery orders, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring set timelines are met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all safety related items with serial numbers are picked and recorded correctly prior to issue.<\/li>\n<li>Serving customers and dealing with enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Additional \/ ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We invite applications from candidates who can demonstrate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drive<\/strong>\u00a0and self-motivation, with the desire and commitment to succeed, deliver excellence and make positive change;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationship building<\/strong>,\u00a0with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>, able to work well with others across diverse backgrounds to share information, develop skills, and deliver results;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resilience<\/strong>\u00a0with the ability to persist and adapt;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smart<\/strong>\u00a0problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a curious and inquisitive mind, and an openness to new ideas;<\/li>\n<li>Professional integrity and a respect for company values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warehouse experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Full clean UK driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and prioritising skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and high focus on accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills with a courteous manner<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and a self-starter who is able to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and trustworthy with a good work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Good IT \/ excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Summary The purpose of the role is to support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operational activities to&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Clarksons","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[1143,37],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-19898","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-budownictwo-morskie","job_listing_category-budownictwo","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
