You will focus on structure, reporting and cost control.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to mobility, you will take on a\u00a0<b><strong>supporting, operational role within Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobility &amp; Fleet management\u00a0(your main task)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operational management of the vehicle fleet: orders, contracts, liaising with leasing partners, correct application of the policy;<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and maintaining clear reporting on usage, costs and budget monitoring;<\/li>\n<li>Cost control and identification of optimisation opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Operational monitoring of all other forms of mobility (bike leasing and bike allowances, alternative mobility, etc.), in line with tax and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Compensation &amp; Benefits(supporting and in consultation with the Comp &amp; Ben Manager)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the administrative monitoring of existing fringe benefits such as meal and eco-vouchers, group and hospitalisation insurance, and mobility budgets. Helping to ensure the accuracy and consistency of these benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and updating HR documents;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monthly data processing, including reimbursed expenses, bicycle allowances, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Playing an active role in the monitoring and maintenance of HR reporting\/audits relating to new hires, departures and transfers, and ensuring the necessary data quality within the agreed processes;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the administrative onboarding form for new employees is submitted correctly and on time in accordance with the agreed process;<\/li>\n<li>Administrative preparation of offboarding formalities;<\/li>\n<li>Administrative processing of RVA (Time Credit\/Thematic Leave);<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of workplace accidents &amp; commuting accidents;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks at the request of Comp &amp; Ben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>What do you bring?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal education: you hold a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree or have relevant experience in HR Operations, mobility or a support role within Compensation &amp; Benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Language skills: you are proficient in both written and spoken\u00a0<b><strong>Dutch<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b><strong>English<\/strong><\/b>;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with fleet or mobility management is a distinct advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Interest in HR. This role allows you to build experience with a view to eventually progressing to a full-fledged payroll role;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, accurate and cost-conscious;<\/li>\n<li>Structured, discreet and independent, with a hands-on mentality;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel and reporting.
