{"id":19919,"date":"2026-07-09T10:07:15","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T08:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/senior-specialist-mechanical-engineering-bionic-solutions-m-f\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T10:07:15","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T08:07:15","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-specialist-mechanical-engineering-bionic-solutions-m-f-hammel-dania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-specialist-mechanical-engineering-bionic-solutions-m-f-hammel-dania\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Specialist, Mechanical Engineering &#8211; Bionic Solutions M\/F"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Purpose of position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"fldjobdescription_description1\" class=\"RichText_viewer_fo\">\n<p>As a Senior Specialist, you will define the technical design space that balances electrical performance, mechanical integration, and efficient material use\u2014ensuring that the solutions we develop are robust, scalable, and cost\u2011effective.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll bring deep technical judgement, collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and ensure that every concept is validated long before it becomes reality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"fldjobdescription_longtext3\" class=\"RichText_viewer_fo\">\n<p>In this role, you will contribute across early and mid\u2011phase development, with a strong focus on concept maturity and technical framing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and challenge early busbar concepts from a multi\u2011physics perspective (mechanical, thermal, electromagnetic, material\u00a0behaviour)<\/li>\n<li>Help define design boundaries, key\u00a0assumptions\u00a0and critical risk areas early in the development process<\/li>\n<li>Set technical direction for analysis and\u00a0numerical\u00a0simulation work, being EMAG or CFD, including what should be\u00a0analysed, why, and to what level of fidelity<\/li>\n<li>Review, interpret and\u00a0validate\u00a0results from simulations and tests performed by others (internal or external)<\/li>\n<li>Translate physics\u2011based insights into clear technical recommendations and decision input<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with system, mechanical,\u00a0electrical\u00a0and manufacturing engineers to align on concepts and\u00a0trade\u2011offs<\/li>\n<li>Engage with suppliers and partners to evaluate feasibility,\u00a0scalability\u00a0and robustness of proposed solutions<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to strengthening engineering methods, shared\u00a0understanding\u00a0and technical best practices within Bionic Solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone stepping into higher responsibility\u2014whether that means deepening technical leadership, influencing product direction, or becoming a go\u2011to specialist in your field.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Our Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"fldjobdescription_description2\" class=\"RichText_viewer_fo\">\n<p>We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.<\/p>\n<p>You will thrive in this role if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering (e.g.\u00a0strong\u2011current \/ power systems), applied physics, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with complex, physically coupled systems, where multiple domains interact<\/li>\n<li>Strong intuition for materials, thermodynamics, electromagnetic effects, and their mechanical consequences<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with\u00a0CFD or EMAG\u00a0simulations\u00a0and analysis \u2014 not necessarily running models yourself, but understanding assumptions,\u00a0limitations\u00a0and implications<\/li>\n<li>The ability to structure ill\u2011defined problems and guide teams toward the right technical questions<\/li>\n<li>Confidence providing technical judgment and recommendations in cross\u2011functional settings<\/li>\n<li>A pragmatic mindset that balances innovation with feasibility and risk<\/li>\n<li>A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant engineering or science discipline, or equivalent practical experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You do not need to be a CAD expert or a dedicated simulation specialist.
