Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

The position will support the Corporate Development department with:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Work on financial analysis and company \/ business valuations<\/li>\n
  • Provide M&A diligence and analytic support in pursuit of new investment and potential partnership\/acquisition opportunities (as required)<\/li>\n
  • Create strategic business cases for new growth opportunities working with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market scans and identify new growth opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Develop transaction proposals to present to the senior executive team that include a thorough evaluation of the strategic rationale, risks, valuation and financial return metrics<\/li>\n
  • Support post-close integration teams to identify, capture and realize deal synergies<\/li>\n
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product development, and finance to help drive execution of recommended business objectives<\/li>\n
  • Develop ad hoc senior executive and board of director presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • 3-6 years related work experience including, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting or Big 4 transaction services<\/li>\n
    • Strategy and\/or Transaction execution (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) required<\/li>\n
    • Self-starter with an ability to work independently within tight timelines<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with corporate executives and business owners<\/li>\n
    • Excellent team-building abilities, with a focus on driving collaboration and achieving results.<\/li>\n
    • Strong mathematical, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Detail oriented with the ability to think critically in solving complex issues<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; outstanding interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and MS Teams<\/li>\n
    • An overall passion for sustainability is key to this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
