Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Lead end\u2011to\u2011end IT project delivery using structured planning, clear milestones, and disciplined execution<\/li>\n
  • Manage cross\u2011functional workstreams and critical project dependencies<\/li>\n
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, decisions, risks, and resource requirements<\/li>\n
  • Provide clear, timely, and transparent project status updates to all relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and IT teams<\/li>\n
  • Prepare decision materials and support the maturation of project proposals<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate vendors and system integrators, ensuring quality, scope control, and on\u2011time delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • Strong background in PLM\/ALM concepts and digital thread principles<\/li>\n
    • Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments and large\u2011scale transformation programs<\/li>\n
    • Solid project\u2011management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement<\/li>\n
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse, international stakeholder groups<\/li>\n
    • Confident decision\u2011making skills and ownership of outcomes, even with incomplete information<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences<\/li>\n
