  • Lead multiple Industrial Automation projects simultaneously across global manufacturing sites.<\/li>\n
  • Drive projects through all phases including:\n
      \n
    • feasibility assessment,<\/li>\n
    • business case alignment,<\/li>\n
    • planning,<\/li>\n
    • execution,<\/li>\n
    • commissioning,<\/li>\n
    • stabilization,<\/li>\n
    • lessons learned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deployment roadmaps.<\/li>\n
    • Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
      \n

      Project & Program Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.<\/li>\n
      • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to coordinate geographically distributed teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Manufacturing Automation Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Good understanding of:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Industrial Automation systems,<\/li>\n
        • AMR’s\/AGV’s<\/li>\n
        • Special Purpose Machines,<\/li>\n
        • Robotics and Cobots,<\/li>\n
        • Vision systems,<\/li>\n
        • MES \/ Manufacturing systems,<\/li>\n
        • Production processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Commercial & Vendor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Supplier coordination and relationship management.<\/li>\n
          • Budget tracking and cost control.<\/li>\n
