Are you passionate about modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT operations? We are looking for a Lead \u2013 Lead – IT Operations<\/strong> to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our Linux, Windows, and Azure-based environments.<\/p>\n

In this position, you will combine operational excellence with continuous improvement, driving automation, security best practices, and cloud adoption across the organisation<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments (on-premises and cloud-based)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure system availability, performance, security, and patch compliance<\/li>\n
  • Perform provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related incidents<\/li>\n
  • Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)<\/li>\n
  • Manage users, groups, permissions, and access policies<\/li>\n
  • Support identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access solutions<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with security and access governance standards<\/li>\n
  • Operate and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure<\/li>\n
  • Manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and selected Azure PaaS services<\/li>\n
  • Monitor cloud resources and optimise performance and costs<\/li>\n
  • Support cloud migration projects and hybrid integrations between on-premises and Azure environments<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with network teams on infrastructure changes and implementations<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Informatio\u00a0Technology, Computer Science, or a related field<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Intune<\/li>\n
    • Experience administering Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu and Red Hat<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of networking technologies and Cisco LAN environments<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network segmentation<\/li>\n
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments<\/li>\n
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
