Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full-Cycle Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance and onboarding.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Create compelling and inclusive job advertisements.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection assessments.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate interview processes and support hiring teams in making quality hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cross-Functional Hiring<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Lead recruitment activities for production, manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain and corporate function roles.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of building pipelines of skilled production workers, technicians, team leaders, and specialist talent and senior managers.<\/li>\n
    • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to competitive industrial labour markets.<\/li>\n
    • Support volume hiring initiatives during production ramp-ups and business growth periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Stakeholder Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labour market insights and recruitment recommendations.<\/li>\n
      • Challenge and influence hiring decisions using data and market intelligence.<\/li>\n
      • Support workforce planning discussions and future talent needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Sourcing & Talent Pipelining<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.<\/li>\n
        • Build and maintain talent communities for critical production and technical positions.<\/li>\n
        • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and local partnerships to attract talents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n

          Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.<\/li>\n
          • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.<\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated experience recruiting within a fast paced production, manufacturing, industrial, engineering environment.<\/li>\n
          • Progressive experience sourcing and hiring production to executive level professonals<\/li>\n
          • Strong global stakeholder management and influencing skills.<\/li>\n
          • Experience using AI, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.<\/li>\n
          • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.<\/li>\n
          • Strong communication skills in English & Polish (for business needs).<\/li>\n
          • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Experience supporting multiple sites or international recruitment activities.<\/li>\n
            • Knowledge of labour market trends within manufacturing or industrial sectors.<\/li>\n
            • Experience with competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies.<\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with employer branding and talent pipeline development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
