{"id":19970,"date":"2026-07-09T12:56:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:56:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=19970"},"modified":"2026-07-09T12:56:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:56:41","slug":"kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-project-manager-goleniowska-szczecin-polska","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/kk-wind-solutions-polska-sp-z-o-o-senior-project-manager-goleniowska-szczecin-polska\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects across the Corporate Development portfolio, including Strategy, M&amp;A, Business Ventures, Government Affairs and Commercial Excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, risk assessments and reporting mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Support due diligence, integration planning and post-merger integration activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Track synergies, milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions, ensuring transparency and timely escalation where required.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting standards and project management practices aligned with KK PMO principles.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management reporting, steering committee materials and executive updates.<\/li>\n<li>Support portfolio planning, prioritization and tracking of strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior leaders, business functions and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support governance forums, decision-making processes and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve project management tools, governance, reporting practices and ways of working across Corporate Development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\"><strong>Experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10+ years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, consulting, transformation, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross-functional projects in an international environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to M&amp;A, integration, strategy, transformation, or business development initiatives is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive\u00a0and\u00a0self-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Structured\u00a0and\u00a0detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and influential without formal authority.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong\u00a0business\u00a0acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Learning\u00a0agility\u00a0and\u00a0curiosity.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient\u00a0and\u00a0adaptable.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work\u00a0Conditions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International travel may be required depending on project portfolio and business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to support critical project milestones and integration activities when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\"><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"kk-description-section\">By joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
