Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Secure project alignment through technical clarification and specification management<\/li>\n
  • Ensure technical compliance with relevant standards, directives, and certifications<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Lead project-related technical tasks and support the Technical Project Lead (TPL) in securing overview, direction, and design focus<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Participate in technical reviews and approve work packages and project deliveries<\/li>\n
  • Stay updated on technical developments, standards, certifications, opportunities, and risks within the product area<\/li>\n
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with technical input for customer dialogues, quotations, and sales activities, including NPD hours and BOM estimations<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Contribute to pitching and presenting new products and technical concepts together with the KAM organization<\/li>\n
  • Support Technical Project Owners in solving technical design-related issues in running production<\/li>\n
  • Participate in Category Management Teams across the organization<\/li>\n
  • Drive and facilitate D-FMEA activities for newly developed products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • M.Sc., B.Sc., or similar degree within Electronics engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or related field<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 5 years of experience within the electronics industry<\/li>\n
    • Experience and proven track within design and validation according to relevant standards (e.g. CE, UL, EMC)<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with technical standards, compliance, and certification processes<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Structured and systematic approach to engineering and project execution<\/li>\n
    • Quality-conscious mindset with focus on following established procedures and processes<\/li>\n
    • Customer-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n
    • Financial understanding related to electronics design and development<\/li>\n
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical and commercial functions<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
