Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Act as the overall system\u2011responsible owner of the entire BESS solution\/product.<\/p>\n

Define and maintain the system architecture, ensuring seamless integration of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • PCS (Power Conversion System)<\/li>\n
  • Battery DC Block<\/li>\n
  • AC Skid<\/li>\n
  • EMS & Hybrid Power Plant Controller (HPPC)<\/li>\n
  • Grid interconnection & compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ensure subsystem interfaces are clearly defined, robust, and fully aligned across electrical, control, mechanical, and communication domains.<\/p>\n

    Collaborate closely with other System Managers to deliver a high\u2011quality, reliable, safe, and easy\u2011to-install BESS platform.<\/p>\n

    Support customer-facing project phases, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Understanding customer technical and functional requirements<\/li>\n
    • System sizing and configuration<\/li>\n
    • Defining or selecting product variants and architectures<\/li>\n
    • Clarifying integration, performance, and compliance aspects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ensure the BESS platform meets all relevant standards and certifiable requirements for the targeted European and global markets.<\/p>\n

      Drive product-level requirement definition, functional specifications, technical governance, and change management.<\/p>\n

      Contribute to product roadmap development, ensuring alignment with market trends, grid requirements, and future hybrid power plant needs.<\/p>\n

      Support cost\u2011optimization, manufacturability, and quality initiatives to ensure a price-competitive product.<\/p>\n

      Maintain system documentation, design rules, product configuration guidelines, and compliance packages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n

      Must\u2011haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Controls Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of grid\u2011scale BESS architecture and system integration.<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with multiple subsystems such as PCS, battery containers, AC Skids, and EMS\/plant controllers.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to define system requirements, specify subsystem interfaces, and validate system integration.<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of grid interconnection requirements, certifiable standards, and BESS compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with customer technical discussions, system sizing, and solution definition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Nice\u2011to\u2011haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Experience in hybrid power plant solutions (BESS + PV + WTG).<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with European grid codes (ENTSO\u2011E, national TSO\/DSO requirements).<\/li>\n
        • Background in product ownership, system engineering, or platform leadership.<\/li>\n
        • Experience with industry certification processes for electrical or power systems.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of thermal, mechanical, or communication aspects of BESS solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Location<\/strong><\/p>\n
