Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Own & operate Windchill PLM\u00a0\u2013 ensure stability, availability, and performance across production and non-production environments<\/li>\n
  • Drive platform evolution\u00a0\u2013 collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver new functionalities and optimise existing solutions<\/li>\n
  • Provide advanced support (2nd\/3rd line)\u00a0\u2013 resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage service requests<\/li>\n
  • Manage system lifecycle\u00a0\u2013 handle upgrades, patches, configurations, monitoring, and performance tuning<\/li>\n
  • Enable integrations & global rollout\u00a0\u2013 support integrations with CAD tools (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks, Codebeamer) and enterprise systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Hands-on Windchill PLM experience\u00a0(administration and support)<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of PLM processes\u00a0(BOM, change management, document lifecycle)<\/li>\n
    • Experience in 2nd\/3rd line support\u00a0with solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills<\/li>\n
    • System operations mindset\u00a0(upgrades, monitoring, performance optimisation)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills\u00a0and ability to work in international environments; fluent English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
