Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Serve as the overall system\u2011responsible owner for the AC Skid, covering electrical\/functional architecture, safety, quality, and lifecycle performance.<\/p>\n

Lead supplier selection, qualification, and governance for the mechanical Skid design, ensuring alignment with system requirements, standards, and cost targets.<\/p>\n

Own the technical selection and specification of:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • MV transformer<\/li>\n
  • RMU<\/li>\n
  • PCS (in house designed converter integration and interfaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ensure correct electrical and functional integration of all subsystems:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • MV transformer \u2013 RMU \u2013 PCS<\/li>\n
    • Grounding\/earthing<\/li>\n
    • Cooling and auxiliary power<\/li>\n
    • Cabling, interlocks, protections, and monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Review and validate supplier designs for the mechanical skid<\/p>\n

      Ensure compliance with relevant standards:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • MV equipment (IEC\/ANSI)<\/li>\n
      • Transformer and switchgear safety<\/li>\n
      • Environmental, mechanical, and fire safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Review supplier documentation, test results, FAT reports, and qualification data.<\/p>\n

        Drive quality and cost optimization, ensuring a price\u2011competitive and high\u2011quality AC Skid product for the BESS platform.<\/p>\n

        Support customer clarification and quotation phases, ensuring:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Technical feasibility<\/li>\n
        • Clear interpretation of customer requirements<\/li>\n
        • Alignment between project needs and AC Skid capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Collaborate cross\u2011functionally with electrical, mechanical, controls, product, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless AC Skid integration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n

          Must\u2011haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or similar.<\/em><\/p>\n

          Strong understanding of:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • MV transformers, RMUs, switchgear, and MV safety<\/li>\n
          • Grid\u2011connected PCS\/power converters<\/li>\n
          • MV protection, grounding\/earthing, and interlocking<\/li>\n
          • Cooling and auxiliary systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Experience working with suppliers on:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Detailed mechanical design reviews<\/li>\n
            • Documentation review and compliance checks<\/li>\n
            • Quality and cost evaluations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Ability to support technical clarifications during pre\u2011sales and quotation phases.<\/p>\n

              Nice\u2011to\u2011haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Experience with AC Skids, E\u2011houses, containerized MV designs, or BESS systems.<\/p>\n

              Knowledge of grid code requirements for MV\u2011connected BESS or hybrid power plants.<\/p>\n

              Familiarity with DFMEA, FAT processes, and utility compliance documentation.<\/p>\n

              Background in system engineering or product ownership roles.<\/p>\n

              Location<\/strong><\/p>\n

              This role can be based in our offices in Ikast or Hammel, with flexibility for hybrid work.<\/p>\n
