Our IT departments are currently located in Poland, Denmark, India, China. The IT support structure is multi-level:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Level \u2013 Service Desk: Provided by netIP, a third-party company located in Denmark, responsible for first-line IT support.<\/li>\n<li>2nd Level \u2013 Field Support: Teams located in India, Poland, Denmark, and China, responsible for more complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and local IT tasks.<\/li>\n<li>3rd Level \u2013 Infrastructure Architects and IT Applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical support for users to determine the nature of the problems.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosing the source, troubleshoot and solve users\u2019 IT problems.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating complex problems and making users aware of the impact of this.<\/li>\n<li>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up accounts and ordering hardware accordingly to the requests for new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Logging and processing incidents and requests in our ticketing system accordingly to SLA.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing equipment and replacing parts.<\/li>\n<li>Support and mentoring other team members.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining software licenses.<\/li>\n<li>Managing stocks of equipment, components, consumables and other supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Travel inside country and abroad for a support and business reasons in other facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems.<\/li>\n<li>Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process.<\/li>\n<li>Updating employees on the status of their tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science or engineering<\/li>\n<li>Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position and\/or company<\/li>\n<li>High-level knowledge of common used software, hardware and applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once<\/li>\n<li>Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems<\/li>\n<li>Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers<\/li>\n<li>Keeping office clean as a representative part of IT<\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel between halls<\/li>\n<li>Searching for new technologies to upgrade current environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-cooperation with External companies<\/li>\n<li>Building documentation regarding IT standards like software, hardware, problem solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"kk-description-section\">\n<p class=\"kk-section-title\"><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"kk-section-list-wrapper\">\n<p>By joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
