We\u2019re one of the largest developers of offshore wind globally and we\u2019re on a journey of growth.<\/p>\n<p>Our procurement team is a critical and integral part of our UK operations effort, working alongside our engineering and operations colleagues to make sure we have the right quality parts and services, at the right time, at the right price.\u00a0We keep our wind farms operating at maximum efficiency, powering hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses across the UK.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re a global team so this is a great opportunity to explore different business cultures, but you\u2019ll be based at one of our UK operational sites or UK Office locations, ensuring you are fully integrated into our community with a chance to see up close how your work is making a difference<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u2019ll give you experience across the whole procurement lifecycle, for example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking supplier pre-qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Working alongside our procurement team and key stakeholders to prepare invitation to tender documents<\/li>\n<li>Analysing and evaluating tender returns from suppliers and creating price comparisons<\/li>\n<li>Attending supplier meetings<\/li>\n<li>Using our SAP system to raise purchase orders and SAP Contracts for suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with putting together category strategies and preparation of contractual documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirements and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s likely you\u2019ll be an undergraduate studying supply chain, operations management, business, law or engineering &#8211; with an option to undertake a full year in industry placement in your penultimate year. We\u2019re looking for people on track to gain a 2.1 or higher.
