{"id":20394,"date":"2026-07-14T14:30:46","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T12:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=20394"},"modified":"2026-07-14T14:32:51","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T12:32:51","slug":"rwe-wind-farm-supervisor-brindisi-prowincja-brindisi-wlochy","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/rwe-wind-farm-supervisor-brindisi-prowincja-brindisi-wlochy\/","title":{"rendered":"Wind Farm Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The job reports to the Regional Site Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the operation and maintenance of wind farms efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practices and technical excellence objectives, through internal resources and\/or third-party suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee third-party suppliers within the assigned geographical area from both a technical and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) perspective, as well as from an economic standpoint.<\/li>\n<li>Manage balance of plant (BOP) operation and maintenance activities, including civil works, substations and associated infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with the Grid Manager, ENEL and Terna to support the safe and efficient operation of local wind farms.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyse operational data, preparing reports on production, availability, maintenance, spare parts management and related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly management reports, including budget versus actual comparisons for both technical and financial aspects.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Regional Site Manager in managing relationships with RWE business functions, monitor supplier performance from a contractual perspective, and provide feedback on service quality to support supplier selection and evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Apply O&amp;M and HSSE business processes, proposing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interfaces<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regional Site Manager<\/li>\n<li>Main Components Manager<\/li>\n<li>BOP Asset Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Head of O&amp;M<\/li>\n<li>Operations Specialist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma from an Industrial Technical Institute in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 2\u20135 years of experience in maintenance management and\/or the operation of renewable energy plants and asset management.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in O&amp;M activities for renewable energy generation facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work across both mechanical and electrical\/electronic disciplines, with appropriate training where required.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of key environmental regulations and health and safety standards applicable to industrial plants.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing relationships with organisations and\/or companies responsible for the operation and\/or maintenance of production plants.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to implement operational procedures and maintenance management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in medium-sized or large organisations is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and spoken English, with native-level fluency in Italian.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CAD.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to make your time with us as rewarding as possible by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
