This isn\u2019t a clipboard role. You\u2019ll be in the detail, driving programme, coordinating trades, and making sure nothing gets missed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Start-Up<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support the PM in building the construction programme and short-term lookaheads<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Set up the site properly \u2013 establishment, logistics, safety from day one<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments (and challenge them if needed)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Get aligned on change management early (so there are no surprises later)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Help benchmark quality standards and installation practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Live Project Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is where you earn your keep:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Drive daily productivity across all CSA activities<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Build and manage short-term programmes aligned with the master plan<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Run site meetings with subcontractors and keep them accountable<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Track variations with the PM and QS (no lost scope on your watch)<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ensure labour is where it should be\u2014on site, on time, working<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain a detailed site diary (if it\u2019s not written down, it didn\u2019t happen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordination &amp;
