{"id":20553,"date":"2026-07-20T14:56:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T12:56:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=20553"},"modified":"2026-07-20T14:56:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T12:56:18","slug":"prysmian-hr-advisor-wrexham-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/prysmian-hr-advisor-wrexham-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As an <strong>HR Advisor<\/strong>, you will provide professional and customer-focused HR support to managers and employees, helping to deliver people initiatives and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, and absence management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Managing recruitment and onboarding activities to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting performance management, learning and development, and wellbeing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Producing HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to HR projects, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an <strong>HR Advisor, HR Officer, or similar generalist HR position<\/strong>, with a strong understanding of employee relations and UK employment law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting managers on a broad range of HR matters.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication,\u00a0relationship-building,\u00a0and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or working towards one).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment, exposure to trade unions, and knowledge of HR analytics would be advantageous.
