Allowing technical information to be extracted from the model to an always coordinated data set.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Auditing of 2D CAD drawings and 3D Models\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Planning of and partaking in \u201cinter office\u201d (internal design team) and \u201cextra office\u201d (external design team partners) collaboration including designing,\u00a0leading\u00a0and executing the collaborative process.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Creation and management of company AutoCAD and Revit template files to suit project sectors.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Setting of and adherence to new standards of\u00a0high quality\u00a0visual appearance of drawings and drawing sheets for colour and black and white representation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Production of high quality\u00a0rendered\u00a0images from 3D models via Revit, Sketchup and Navisworks Manage.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Production of animated fly throughs of 3D project models using Revit and Navisworks Manage.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attendance at potential new project client interviews to\u00a0represent\u00a0Red\u2019s BIM capabilities and to\u00a0assist\u00a0with bids in BIM and modelling related input.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attendance at project meetings and presentations either in person or via video conference to present 3D model progress to project teams and client teams.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Knowledge sharing and sharing of skills with existing CAD and modelling staff including potential trips to other\u00a0Red\u00a0offices in the Middle East and Asia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Briefing and training of other\u00a0Red\u00a0staff on developed standards and systems associated with the BIM modelling and drafting processes,\u00a0techniques\u00a0and capabilities, together with new and latest software versions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Keeping abreast of latest BIM and software developments via industry magazines, online webinars, seeking knowledge of and attending industry BIM conferences etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Partaking in BIM,\u00a0CAD\u00a0and Revit user groups where\u00a0appropriate.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Involvement and\u00a0assistance\u00a0in raising the profile of Red\u2019s BIM capabilities within the industry.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Actively partaking in occasional Red hosted BIM events by helping to prepare presentation material and taking the role of a presenter (speaking at the event) where necessary.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Final checking of models for accuracy prior to issue making modifications or directing subordinates where\u00a0required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaison with lead office clients re required model modifications\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Motivating the team to increase their use of new software techniques and undertake coaching as necessary\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaison with lead office staff re model production\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Modelling MEP systems across all business sectors\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Develop schematic and detailed Revit\/BIM MEP Models\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Co-ordinate with BIM consultants and other RED engineers\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attend BIM model co-ordination meetings as\u00a0required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Run M&amp;E internal Revit\/BIM workshops\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaise with the design team to ensure that the models and detail produced are to the required
