{"id":21090,"date":"2026-07-27T12:46:05","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T10:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/connections-quoter\/"},"modified":"2026-07-27T12:46:05","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T10:46:05","slug":"sse-connections-quoter-oban-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/sse-connections-quoter-oban-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"Connections Quoter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Base Location:<\/strong>\u00a0You&#8217;ll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Oban or Dundee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a336,139 &#8211; \u00a343,188 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Working Pattern:<\/strong>\u00a0Permanent | Full Time |\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.sse.com\/flexible-working\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flexible First<\/a>\u00a0options available<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a Network Connections Quoter to join our team<\/p>\n<p>Our SSEN Distribution Commercial and Connections teams are the first point of contact for customers wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.<\/p>\n<p>As a Network Connections Quoter, you&#8217;ll be helping to ensure Guaranteed Standards are met when providing quotations for new connections for customers including<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide customers with designs and quotations for import and export connections to the network, covering both in-area and out-of-area design requests.<\/li>\n<li>Design connections up to 69kVA for connection to the LV and 11kV network.<\/li>\n<li>Model and analyse the LV network to identify and accommodate suitable connection points for demand and generation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, engineering specifications, and business financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the connection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong commitment to safety, ensuring safety values are at the forefront of all work activities and decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of both low and high voltage distribution and power systems networks, with the ability to produce designs that prioritise safety.<\/li>\n<li>Competence in Microsoft Office applications, confidence in learning new IT systems, and possession of a valid UK driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills to maintain a high customer satisfaction feedback score.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Base Location:\u00a0You&#8217;ll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Oban or Dundee.
