Our growing\u00a0Consents Team needs people with hands on experience working in a major project environment \u2013 whether you\u2019re a champion of change, a connoisseur of consents,\u00a0environmentalist, as stakeholder\u00a0strategist\u00a0or a perfect PM we\u2019d love to hear from you about how you could help us to deliver tangible results for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire development lifecycle\u00a0providing\u00a0a range of services to our clients including programme and portfolio set up and delivery, transition management, governance and assurance solutions, and consents,\u00a0stakeholder\u00a0and sponsorship management.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Programme Integration team your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables\u202frelating to Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects and programmes navigating the Development Consents Order, Transport and Works Act and Town &amp; Country Planning processes,\u00a0across the\u00a0pre\u00a0\/\u00a0post\u00a0consents stages of the\u00a0project or programme\u00a0lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Occupying client or service roles involving consents leadership and management\u00a0(pre &amp; post consent),\u00a0consent production and delivery, environment impact assessments,\u00a0consultation\/stakeholder\u00a0engagement\u00a0and\u00a0procedural strategic advisory\u00a0\/ assurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing client relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying\u00a0and realising business development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentoring and\/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Line managing junior staff (where applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"st-qualifications\" class=\"job-section\">\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"title\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg\">\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/MSc in\u00a0an appropriate degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable\u00a0\u00a0technical\u00a0understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes (i.e. DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable\u00a0technical understanding of discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of pre-application and\/or post consent\u00a0liaison with internal and external stakeholders within large and complex organisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of coordinating approvals and notifications between all interested parties and managing consent management plans\/strategies;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical experience\u00a0in one or more of the following areas:\u00a0consents leadership and management (pre &amp; post consent), consent production and delivery, environment impact assessments, consultation stakeholder\u00a0engagement\u00a0and procedural strategic advisory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in, or a familiarity with a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0a consulting skillset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A proven\u00a0track record\u00a0of delivering tangible results on across a range of projects, adopting a nimble approach and a can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of programme and\/or project management within a complex environment with multiple workstreams, including DCO, TWAO and\/or TCPA consenting environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of managing the production of high-quality deliverables within challenging timescales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing productive working relationships and the ability to\u00a0identify\u00a0new business opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in some\/all of\u00a0the following sectors: infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence,\u00a0Energy and\u00a0natural resources\u00a0(including Nuclear), and real estate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of the planning and development of major projects\u00a0and programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership
