As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various &#8211; both small and large &#8211; projects for the hi-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded Colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explore your tasks and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health &amp; Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry<\/li>\n<li>Representative of the corporate management to the project<\/li>\n<li>Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager\u2019s performance<\/li>\n<li>Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures<\/li>\n<li>Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process<\/li>\n<li>Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering &amp; Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager \/ Construction Management)<\/li>\n<li>Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally<\/li>\n<li>Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally.
