Then you&#8217;ve come to the right place!As a Supervisor Construction Management Mechanical Electrical Piping (m\/f\/d), you will be on-site, overseeing our subcontractors and managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for industrial plants and buildings, with a focus on mechanical installations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explore your tasks and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on mechanical installations (building services engineering)<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that construction projects are executed on schedule and meet high-quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, as well as providing an overall overview of on-site activities<\/li>\n<li>Documenting construction progress and reporting to the construction management team<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations<\/li>\n<li>Attending site inspections, acceptance inspections, and coordination meetings<\/li>\n<li>Recording defects and tracking their resolution<\/li>\n<li>Preparing measurements and reviewing documentation submitted by subcontractors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Show your expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant technical qualification in construction (e.g., Master Craftsman \/ Technician) or an entry-level candidate with an engineering degree<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, some experience in construction supervision, preferably in mechanical trades<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on-site for five-day project assignments<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working style<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, for effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities<\/li>\n<li>A valid German driver\u2019s license (Class B)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Discover your exciting role Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as the semiconductor or data center industry?
