{"id":21362,"date":"2026-07-30T13:22:30","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T11:22:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/bas-controls-specialist-for-data-centers\/"},"modified":"2026-07-30T13:22:30","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T11:22:30","slug":"johnson-controls-bas-controls-specialist-for-data-centers-capelle-aan-den-ijssel-holandia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/johnson-controls-bas-controls-specialist-for-data-centers-capelle-aan-den-ijssel-holandia\/","title":{"rendered":"BAS Controls Specialist for Data Centers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What you will do\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Johnson Controls is seeking a Metasys Controls Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of smart buildings for\u00a0<strong>Microsoft\u2019s global campuses and data centers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a high\u2011impact, global engineering role where you will lead<strong>first\u2011of\u2011kind (FOK) software development, define global standards, and influence how building automation systems are designed and delivered worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, setting direction at a global scale, and working at the intersection of controls, software, and innovation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you will do it<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and validate first\u2011of\u2011kind Metasys software, integrations, and advanced control strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Define and maintain global standards including templates, engineering guidelines, Sequence of Operation (SOOs), and Description of Operation (DOOs).<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical governance through design reviews, quality assurance, and best\u2011practice alignment across regions.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls R&amp;D, cybersecurity, and global delivery organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of controls solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we look for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in\u00a0<strong>Building Automation System.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Solid background in\u00a0<strong>HVAC controls engineering, BAS design, and sequences of operation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>data centers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Clear communicator with strong documentation skills and the ability to collaborate across global, cross\u2011functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys platforms (SNE\/SNC, NAE\/NCE, CCT, SCT, ADX\/ADS).<\/li>\n<li>Metasys engineering certifications (MSEA \/ MSEAS).<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft facilities, or mission\u2011critical environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering innovative or first\u2011of\u2011kind building automation or controls solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to APIs, system integrations, analytics, or smart building platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What you will do\u00a0 Johnson Controls is seeking a Metasys Controls Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of smart buildings for\u00a0Microsoft\u2019s global campuses and data centers&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Johnson Controls","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37,80],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-21362","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-budownictwo","job_listing_category-data-center","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","work-model-praca-hybrydowa","job-level-specjalista","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
