The role will lead efforts in data analytics and reporting, training repository development, project catalogue tool optimisation, standard work deployment, and process \/ QMS improvement.<\/p>\n<p>This is a business operations role requiring strong hands-on analytical capability, rather than an IT or technical data specialist position. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed data analysis, operational reporting, and senior leadership communication.<\/p>\n<p>This position requires strong cross-functional partnership with regional Poles and functional teams, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across a complex global matrix.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Essential Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and lead\u00a0<b>data analysis and reporting<\/b>\u00a0to support business reviews, metrics tracking, and operational decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a centralized\u00a0<b>training repository<\/b>\u00a0to strengthen project execution team development and improve knowledge capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead\u00a0<b>project catalogue tool expansion and optimization<\/b>, including identification of improvement opportunities and coordination with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with\u00a0<b>Poles and functional teams<\/b>\u00a0to identify processes and associated\u00a0<b>QMS procedures<\/b>\u00a0requiring improvement, simplification, and standardization.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development, documentation, and deployment of\u00a0<b>standard work for HDNU Project organization<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the monthly cross-functional\u00a0<b>metrics bowler reporting rhythm<\/b>, ensuring timely updates, alignment, and follow-through on actions.<\/li>\n<li>Influence and align stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels to enable successful implementation of priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on the critical few business needs and drive structured problem solving to improve project execution effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Skills for Success<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are a collaborative, structured, and execution-focused operational professional, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\/Master\u2019s degree in\u00a0<b>Science, Engineering, Business<\/b>, or other technical or business-related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders in a\u00a0<b>complex matrixed environment<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in process improvement, operational standardisation, and change management within a complex, matrixed organisation within the same industry sector.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate as a\u00a0<b>self-starter<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented with strong execution focus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment covering multiple time-zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Desired Characteristics<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience\u00a0in Project Management or a subdivision of Project Management, with significant experience in\u00a0Global Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Clear, structured thinker with the ability to identify and prioritise the\u00a0<b>critical few<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience communicating across organisational levels,\u00a0<b>including EB+<\/b>\u00a0leadership<\/li>\n<li>Previous professional experience within GE\/GE Vernova would be considered as an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">What will help you to succeed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should bring demonstrated familiarity with GE\/GEV ways of working and experience operating within GE\/GEV processes and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience supporting operational transformation, standardization, and business process improvement is highly valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Where and How You&#8217;ll Work<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a\u00a0<strong>permanent position<\/strong>\u00a0and we offer a\u00a0<strong>hybrid working model<\/strong>\u00a0that gives you the flexibility to balance time in one of our offices \u2014 Florence, Milan, Budapest, Madrid, Warsaw, or Rugby \u2014 with working from home.
