This role is central to embedding BIM excellence across the organisation and ensuring the seamless flow of trusted, high\u2011quality information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u2019ll need you to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving BIM coordination across all engineering disciplines, ensuring alignment and collaborative model development.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing the BIM Execution Plan, maintaining standards, procedures, and workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing model data, identifying issues, and resolving complex technical challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing our information management framework through continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you can see, this is a pivotal, high\u2011profile role where you\u2019ll bring a collaborative mindset, strong analytical thinking, and first\u2011class communication skills to a truly transformative engineering programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills \/ Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognised qualification in a relevant engineering, architecture, or digital\/BIM discipline, or equivalent proven industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ll ask about your experience delivering BIM in complex engineering environments and managing multidisciplinary model coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of BIM standards, model governance, and common data environments, ideally including tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and IFC workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Location <\/b><\/p>\n<p>We offer hybrid working, with regular attendance expected at one of our offices: <b>Derby, Manchester, or Warrington<\/b>, depending on your chosen base location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The salary for this role is\u00a0<strong>\u00a348,000\u2013\u00a362,500 DOE<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>with a<strong>\u00a012.5% bonus<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a32,200 benefits allowance,\u00a012% employer pension,\u00a028 days leave,\u00a0BUPA medical cover, and\u00a0\u00a3250 home\u2011working support<\/strong>.
