This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with project leadership to deliver industrial gas and plant projects across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The role supports both project development and project execution activities, working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to safely deliver projects from concept through commissioning and start-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As the Plant Project Engineer, you will<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and execution of industrial gas and plant projects across Central and Southern Europe<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Support Project Managers in the delivery of larger capital projects<\/li>\n<li>Lead smaller projects, taking ownership for scope, budget, schedule, safety and technical quality<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage activities including engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and start-up as required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Air Products standards, procedures and safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project performance and provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Support proposal development, scope definition, resource planning and cost estimation activities<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage project risks, changes and opportunities throughout project execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>As the Plant Project Engineer, you already are or have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project engineering or project delivery within an industrial or technical environment<\/li>\n<li>Broad technical knowledge of engineering disciplines such as process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or controls engineering<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of project management principles and engineering work processes<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to safety leadership and safe construction practices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a structured manner<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus across diverse groups<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support team success<\/li>\n<li>Professional level English language skills (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for site inspections, construction activities, commissioning and start-up support across the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A collaborative and inclusive working environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities to work on large-scale and technically challenging engineering projects<\/li>\n<li>Career development and learning opportunities across Europe and globally<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and international project teams<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits package<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to contribute to projects that support a more sustainable future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udccd Location: You could be based in one of these locations.
