{"id":21751,"date":"2026-08-06T15:23:03","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T13:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=21751"},"modified":"2026-08-06T15:23:03","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T13:23:03","slug":"costain-group-plc-document-controller-london-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/costain-group-plc-document-controller-london-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"Document Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing document control support to the SMCJV team, managing the delivery\/receipt of key deliverables between SMCJV, the client and sub contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Quality assuring deliverables prior to formal submission and rejecting any that do not comply with project standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate, up-to-date transmittal trackers in Excel databases.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling the duties of a ProjectWise super user with elevated permissions, account creation, providing ad-hoc training to the team and assisting with technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the projects Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and regularly auditing folders to ensure document consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Allocating document placeholders within the contractors EDMS and client\u2019s system, complying with the Information Delivery Plan (IDP).<\/li>\n<li>Producing and distributing weekly commercial CEMAR reports.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a point of contact for the client and sub-contractors, dealing with document enquiries and issue resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"cc-row\">\n<div class=\"cc-row__content cc-columns-count-1\" data-bind=\"class: 'cc-columns-count-' + columns.length, style: { gap: gap}\">\n<div class=\"cc-column cc-column--default\" data-bind=\"style: { \n        backgroundColor: params.backgroundColor,\n        backgroundImage: backgroundSrc,\n        borderRadius: borderRadius,\n        maxWidth:maxWidth,\n        height: height },\n               class: 'cc-column--' + size() + className\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"cc-column__content\" data-bind=\"style:{padding: padding}\">\n<div class=\"component-styling-wrapper-4476\" data-bind=\"class: uniqueWrapperClass\">\n<p class=\"job-details__section\" data-bind=\"\n            class: customizationParams.commonParams.cssClass,\n            attr: { id: customizationParams.commonParams.cssId },\n            customStyles: customizationParams.commonParams,\n        \"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"job-details__section\" data-bind=\"\n            class: customizationParams.commonParams.cssClass,\n            attr: { id: customizationParams.commonParams.cssId },\n            customStyles: customizationParams.commonParams,\n        \"><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"job-details__description-content basic-formatter\" data-bind=\"html: pageData().job.qualifications\">\n<ul>\n<li>Competent with Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Document Control or similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bentley ProjectWise experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bentley AssetWise ALIM experience<\/li>\n<li>Rail industry knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities Responsibilities and Experience Providing document control support to the SMCJV team, managing the delivery\/receipt of key deliverables between SMCJV, the client and sub contractors.
