Join Dornan&#8217;s growing Talent Acquisition team and take on a specialist recruitment role focused on connecting\u00a0<strong>European Construction and Engineering talent with career opportunities in Australia through our partner company, CIMIC Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to support international talent mobility, identifying and engaging skilled professionals across Europe who are interested in taking the next step in their careers in Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role can be based in either our Cork office or our London office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own end-to-end recruitment of\u00a0<strong>Construction and Engineering professionals across Europe for opportunities with CIMIC Group in Australia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality professionals across key European markets.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with\u00a0<strong>CIMIC Group stakeholders in Australia<\/strong>\u00a0to understand current and future hiring requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively source talent using our internal ATS alongside\u00a0<strong>LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and specialist industry job boards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of European Construction and Engineering professionals interested in relocating to Australia.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Australian career opportunities and engage candidates on the professional and lifestyle benefits of making an international move.<\/li>\n<li>Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement and assessment through to offer and mobilisation.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to support a smooth candidate journey and international relocation process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular market insights, pipeline updates and recruitment metrics to support hiring and workforce planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in\u00a0<strong>Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International recruitment experience is required, ideally with experience placing candidates into the Australian market.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong experience proactively sourcing talent across\u00a0<strong>the UK and\/or European markets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting within the\u00a0<strong>Construction, Engineering or related technical sectors<\/strong>\u00a0is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting candidates for\u00a0<strong>international relocation<\/strong>\u00a0would be a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent candidate engagement skills, with the ability to communicate compelling international career opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with hiring teams or clients internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in\u00a0<strong>LinkedIn Recruiter<\/strong>\u00a0and other direct sourcing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, commercially minded and results-driven approach, with the ability to develop talent pipelines in competitive markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of a unique\u00a0<strong>international recruitment remit connecting European talent with opportunities in Australia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Work in partnership with\u00a0<strong>CIMIC Group<\/strong>, supporting the recruitment of Construction and Engineering professionals for their Australian operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop your expertise in international recruitment and global talent mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders across\u00a0<strong>Europe and Australia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Join a collaborative, ambitious and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.<\/li>\n<li>Receive exceptional\u00a0<strong>Learning &amp; Development opportunities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a\u00a0Talent Acquisition Specialist \/ Senior Recruiter\u00a0with a strong track record of sourcing Engineering and Construction professionals internationally?
