By consistently modelling safe behaviour, prioritising safety above productivity, and ensuring that all workers receive proper training and resources, you can foster an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the construction process. Encouraging open communication, recognising and rewarding safe behaviour, and conducting regular inspections further reinforce the importance of safety. By taking these steps, you can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, as required your key responsibilities are:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Agreeing project objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Providing advice on the management of projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attending pre-tender and tender handover meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Planning projects to ensure they are programmed for successful delivery and the aims of the project are met<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Delivery of pre-site meetings to the site team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensuring site team compliance with Company policies and procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Making sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Implementing risk management processes, review risk register and check risk controls<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensuring an efficient construction site<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Delivering projects with the highest quality and ensuring that QA documents are produced and maintained<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Representing the interests of the client and Collen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Producing and analysing progress reports, updated costs and forecasts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Budgeting resources and implementing forward planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Reviewing CVRs on a monthly basis with the project team and implementing necessary actions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Managing and monitoring sub-contractors to ensure Company processes and procedures are adhered to<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Co-ordinating the various professional people working on a project<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Setting the highest possible standards of leadership in promotion of health and safety procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations for safe construction at all times<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Allocating health and safety responsibilities in accordance with the Company\u2019s Safety Statement, checking understanding of the roles and providing training as necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Building and maintaining relationships with both the client and external customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Leading meetings with the customer and report on progress to date<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensuring that works are carried out in a manner which minimises community impact<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Requirements: A degree in civil engineering A third level qualification in Construction Management Membership of a recognised professional body 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role A&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Collen","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_job_multi_location":"","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_currency":"PLN","_job_salary_type":"h","_vat_type":"netto","_b2b_salary_min":"","_b2b_salary_max":"","_job_salary":"","_b2b_vat_type":"netto","_b2b_job_salary_type":"h","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-22038","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-budownictwo","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","job-level-manager","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
