You will work within a high-performing preconstruction team, contributing to the successful completion of tenders for large-scale data centres, pharma facilities, power infrastructure, public works, and complex commercial projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Skill Set\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar environment with excellent administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Have a confident telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to adapt and work on multiple projects\/tasks at any given time<\/li>\n<li>Be able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and experience of the Construction Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of major construction projects, architectural and engineering drawings and document processes<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years administration experience, desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree level education equivalent to EQF Level 5 preferred, however other educational backgrounds will be considered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a member of the bid team, you will be required to have an open and adaptable approach to developing solutions, together with excellent communication and collaboration skills.<\/p>\n<p>The role will be based in our Copenhagen Office in Hoje Taastrup 2630, working within bid management, in the preconstruction department, supporting projects across the European region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Reporting to the Preconstruction Manager in Denmark, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the other functions within the department<\/li>\n<li>Collating tender trackers, minutes and other relevant documents at the direction of the pre-construction manager<\/li>\n<li>Updating workload trackers and populating CRM databases<\/li>\n<li>Preparing tender and contract documents<\/li>\n<li>Collating relevant tender information for the estimator<\/li>\n<li>Preparing subcontract packages for distribution to the market<\/li>\n<li>Supply chain management in terms of updating the tender list and CRM<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all quotations are complete and returned within strict deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Answering and distributing telephone calls in relation to tenders, dealing directly with the query or passing on to the relevant person responsible<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking general admin duties<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the general running of the office supporting other departments as needed<\/li>\n<li>Supporting other departments with engagement of local supply chain members, consultants and other parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and spoken English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Danish, Swedish, Finnish or other European language is beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Right to work in Denmark preferred.
