across the DACH region, spanning insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and insurance service providers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships across strategic DACH insurance accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to insurance business and account priorities &#8211; from lighthouse engagements to AI-native transformation programs across underwriting, claims, distribution, customer service, finance, and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Translate insurance industry challenges into compelling AI business cases and value propositions.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Client Partners, Sales, and Insurance Industry Leaders to originate and close AI engagements across the DACH region.<\/li>\n<li>Lead executive-level presales efforts and proposal positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the DACH Insurance AI GTM core team across presales and solution consulting, offering incubation, content development, marketing, and analyst relations.<\/li>\n<li>Incubate new offerings and commercial models (e.g., agentic AI, Service-as-Software, co-innovation) and leverage technology partnerships (OpenAI, hyperscalers, insurance platform providers) as channels to market.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a visible AI thought leader toward insurance clients, analysts, and media through conferences, analyst briefings, and executive engagements across the DACH market.<\/li>\n<li>Drive AI pipeline growth and revenue performance across the DACH Insurance portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure responsible AI principles (security, data privacy, governance, transparency, model risk management, human oversight, and regulatory requirements) are embedded in opportunity framing.<\/li>\n<li>Operate effectively within a matrixed leadership structure across the DACH region and the wider organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 or more years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and\/or industry roles, including experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment, with progressive leadership responsibility (e.g., people leadership, program leadership, or account leadership).<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Generative AI solutions (e.g., large language models, AI agents, or GenAI-enabled applications).<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of professional experience within the Insurance industry, demonstrated through client delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership, preferably with insurers, reinsurers, or insurance service providers in the DACH region.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience supporting or leading presales activities, such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive-level deal reviews, in partnership with sales or delivery teams.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in German and English, with experience leading cross-cultural teams across the DACH region and broader Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for the Insurance industry in the DACH region.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of GenAI technologies, agentic AI architectures, ML, and NLP, combined with knowledge of insurance value chains and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and insurance technology ecosystems.<\/li>\n<li>Senior-level experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives within the Insurance industry in Germany, Austria, and\/or Switzerland.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of commercializing advanced technology solutions and driving growth in insurance accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders at insurers and reinsurers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and model risk frameworks at enterprise insurance clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours with a flexitime arrangement; business
