{"id":22351,"date":"2026-08-31T10:11:12","date_gmt":"2026-08-31T08:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=22351"},"modified":"2026-08-31T10:11:12","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T08:11:12","slug":"rwe-senior-software-engineer-d-f-m-swindon-wielka-brytania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/rwe-senior-software-engineer-d-f-m-swindon-wielka-brytania\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Software Engineer d\/f\/m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing, maintaining and supporting business-critical credit risk solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders, using agile methodologies and DevOps practices.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a deep understanding of credit risk management processes, including counterparty credit limits, exposure calculation and monitoring, collateral management, and risk controls that support safe trading activities.<\/li>\n<li>Providing production support in line with agreed service levels and working closely with users to investigate and resolve incidents and system issues.<\/li>\n<li>Working with .NET technologies to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications that support critical risk management functions.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality through best engineering practices, code reviews, automated testing, and CI\/CD processes.<\/li>\n<li>Exploring and adopting modern technologies, including AI-assisted development and operational tooling, to improve productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of technical solutions and contributing to the long-term evolution of the Credit Risk Squad technology landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirements and experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong software engineering experience with object-oriented technologies such as .NET.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of software design, application architecture, and modern development practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, APIs, system integrations, and distributed applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with automated testing and a quality-first approach to secure and reliable software development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve development and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile\/DevOps environments, with an end-to-end software ownership mindset across the full development lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English and the ability to work across technical and business teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Advantageous, but not essential\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>German is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in credit risk, risk management, trading, energy markets, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RWE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment \u2013 we value your passion, your willingness to learn and your desire to thrive.
