Through the Design Center you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in Sweden, use cutting-edge technology, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the team in Sweden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Malm\u00f6 office in Sweden is home to a team of around 10 dedicated BIM Specialists. They are a part of Advisory, working across cost management, sustainable building strategies, and early\u2011stage energy and design analysis to support smarter decision\u2011making throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>We work with a wide range of assignments, spanning from early\u2011stage BIM strategy development to the long\u2011term management of Digital Twins. Our team is currently involved in around 20 ongoing projects of varying scale and complexity. In general, we work in dedicated project teams, and our engineers typically handle 2\u20135 projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The design-phase of our projects is a relatively set process with following main stages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-design<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual design<\/li>\n<li>Detail design<\/li>\n<li>As-Built drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We work with all kinds of buildings ranging from hospitals, offices, schools, datacentres and much more<\/p>\n<p>Your key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p><strong>in Revit (Core Competence):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation and management of families, templates, and project standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure models are well-structured, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>in Point Cloud &amp; Digital Engineering Support (scan-to-BIM):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in converting point cloud data into accurate, BIM-ready models<\/li>\n<li>Support digital engineering workflows by integrating scanned data into design and coordination processes<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure data quality and alignment between existing conditions and design models<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in point cloud management software, incl. Autodesk ReCap, Navisworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>in BIM Coordination &amp; Quality Assurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to model coordination across disciplines and support clash detection activities<\/li>\n<li>Review models to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or deviations from standards<\/li>\n<li>Scripting and automated model checking<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation and documentation of BIM standards, naming conventions, and classification systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>in Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to improving workflows, templates, and digital tools within the BIM environment<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with BIM tools, technologies, and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of relevant experience in 3D modelling or previous experience as a BIM Specialist<\/li>\n<li>Good written and spoken English (minimum CEFR level B1)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience from at least three large Revit design projects<\/li>\n<li>Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach, ability to take decisions and strong sense of quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Good to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working abroad, especially projects in the Nordics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Swedish building industry and building standards<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of FME<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the Swedish language<\/li>\n<li>Skills in AutoCAD and NavisWorks\/ Solibri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To individuals who join our team, we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment based on an employment contract<\/li>\n<li>Private medical insurance, life assurance, sport card (Multisport) and a social found<\/li>\n<li>Exciting and challenging projects<\/li>\n<li>Personal development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Friendly working atmosphere in a multidisciplinary and international team<\/li>\n<li>Helping to shape a sustainable future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Available office locations for this position are either in Pozna\u0144, Krak\u00f3w or \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.
