Shifts the focus away from routine account servicing and branch\u2011based activity towards targeted, opportunity\u2011driven engagement.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>The role retains responsibility for commercial discussions, including pricing, but places greater emphasis on value, productpositioning and project capture, rather than reactive or transactional selling.\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure and develop project\u2011based opportunities with existing wholesale and contractor customers, prioritising FP and other\u00a0higher\u2011margin, value\u2011added product ranges over core commodity products.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Act as a strong advocate for FP, positioning it as the preferred solution within project and application\u2011led discussions.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with wholesalers and key decision\u2011makers across the supply chain,\u00a0including branch leadership, sales teams and contractor influencers.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with contractor customers to understand project pipelines early and influence product selection\u00a0towards non\u2011commodity solutions.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Drive growth by increasing product mix and margin, expanding customer engagement beyond historic purchasing\u00a0behaviour and price\u2011led buying.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership for achieving agreed sales targets across volume, product mix and margin, aligned to commercial priorities\u00a0and FP growth strategy.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Lead product\u2011focused customer conversations, clearly articulating features, benefits and differentiation, positioning FP and\u00a0premium ranges on value rather than price alone.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Shape early project opportunities with customers, working collaboratively to align requirements with FP and\u00a0margin\u2011accretive solutions.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and support customer training sessions, product briefings and presentations to wholesalers and contractors to build\u00a0product knowledge, confidence and advocacy for FP and priority ranges.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Product, Commercial and MID teams to align customer activity with FP growth plans, messaging and\u00a0target opportunities.\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FP\u2011led and higher\u2011margin project opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and\u00a0CRM discipline.\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Promote a One Europe approach and mindset, identifying market opportunities for European affiliates products and organic\u00a0growth.\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Deliver organic growth and EBITDA improvement across I&amp;C through margin\u2011focused commercial execution, while growing\u00a0the Specialties business by expanding addressable markets and activating new channels..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bThe Business Development Manager Reports to the I&amp;C Commercial Manager is responsible for securing and developing project\u2011based opportunities with existing wholesale and contractor customers, with a strong focus on growing&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Prysmian","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_job_multi_location":null,"_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_currency":"PLN","_job_salary_type":"h","_vat_type":"netto","_b2b_salary_min":"","_b2b_salary_max":"","_job_salary":"","_b2b_vat_type":"netto","_b2b_job_salary_type":"h","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[35],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-22780","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-energetyka","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","work-model-praca-zdalna","job-level-manager","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Industrial &amp;
