By using clever tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers, we\u2019re making it cheaper and easier for our customers to reduce their carbon-footprint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About your role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for <b>skilled Electricians<\/b> to join our experienced <b>Field Engineering team<\/b>, helping ensure customers receive safe, high\u2011quality electrical work exactly when they need it. Being there for our customers is our priority, and you\u2019ll play a key role in delivering <b>same\u2011day fixes<\/b> and high standards of electrical safety in customers\u2019 homes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary &amp; Rewards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Base salary:<\/b> \u00a343,045<\/p>\n<p><b>Uncapped OTE:<\/b> \u00a351,389 is a realistic expectation through our comprehensive field reward scheme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an Electrician, you\u2019ll use your technical expertise to deliver <b>safe, high\u2011quality electrical work<\/b> in domestic properties, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fault finding and repairs<\/li>\n<li>Electrical installations and upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Full and partial rewires<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and right first time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll combine strong technical capability with excellent customer service, diagnosing issues efficiently, achieving <b>first\u2011time fixes<\/b>, and providing professional advice to customers where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While EV charging and other <b>Net Zero technologies<\/b> are not a current responsibility of the role, they form an important part of our future. We offer potential opportunities for electricians to <b>train, upskill, and gain additional qualifications<\/b> in emerging technologies as the role evolves, making this a strong long\u2011term career opportunity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience<\/b>\u00a0working as a qualified electrician<\/li>\n<li><b>City &amp; Guilds 2365 Parts 1 &amp; 2<\/b>\u00a0(or equivalent), culminating in a\u00a0<b>Level 3 Technical Certificate<\/b>, including the\u00a0<b>NET AM2<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>City &amp; Guilds 2382<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations<\/li>\n<li><b>Proven experience<\/b>\u00a0working in the electrical industry<\/li>\n<li><b>City &amp; Guilds 2391\/52<\/b>\u00a0(or equivalent) \u2013 highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undertake potential\u00a0<b>future training<\/b>\u00a0in Net Zero technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why should you apply? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re not a perfect place \u2013 but we\u2019re a people place.
