Combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, you&#8217;ll deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making and support continuous improvement across the business.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role with a focus on execution, innovation and driving value through automation and data-driven insights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the identification, analysis and improvement of business processes, helping to deliver more efficient, scalable and effective ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>Gather requirements, map processes and support the design and implementation of process improvement and automation solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations that provide actionable business insights.<\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and supporting data structures to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.<\/li>\n<li>Support the administration and continuous improvement of SharePoint sites, hubs and content, ensuring a positive user experience and compliance with governance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical reporting and automation solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support solution testing, user acceptance, training and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor solution performance, resolve issues and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting and automation capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all solutions comply with established governance, documentation and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Share knowledge, contribute ideas for innovation and support the continuous development of team capabilities and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience developing reporting, automation or digital solutions within a corporate or commercial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building dashboards, reports and data visualisations that enable effective decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Experience maintaining and supporting SharePoint sites, hubs and related content.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of operational data management and master data structures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and implementing automated workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work to agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations across different audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within governance and control frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in Power BI (including DAX), Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SQL, SAP ERP\/S4 HANA\/BW, Microsoft BI technologies (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) or wider Microsoft 365 technologies would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why should you apply? \u202f <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re not a perfect place \u2013 but we\u2019re a people place.
