You will be responsible for offshore day-to-day operations within a multidisciplinary organization, ensure onsite operational excellence, and delivering value for our internal and external customers. The department is part of the Offshore Service organization in the Vestas NCE Region. Here you become part of an experienced team of &gt;500 colleagues who daily work on delivering Offshore Services to our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational improvement, Health &amp; Safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offshore Operational Execution &amp; Resource Efficiency:\u202fManage daily offshore operations to ensure safe, productive, and cost efficient use of vessel time, resources, and personnel while meeting budget and productivity targets<\/li>\n<li>Shift Leadership &amp; Safety Oversight:\u202fHold full responsibility for safety, welfare, compliance with permit to work systems and Wind Turbine Safety Rules during the shift, acting as the primary operational escalation point. Be part of the project leadership together with the Site Manager and Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Logistics\u202f&amp; Resource Coordination:\u202fOversee marine\u202flogistics, including manifests, crew changes, tooling, and materials, and plan shift resources in collaboration with Master Planning and OFS Operations Resources<\/li>\n<li>Documentation, QA &amp; Progress Reporting:\u202fEnsure complete and\u202faccurate\u202fdocumentation (including DPR, QA records and NCRs), track planned vs. actual progress, manage risks\/deviations, and report status to the Site Manager\/Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Interface &amp; Technical Support:\u202fServe as the key interface between the onboard client representative and vessel operator, while supporting Supervisors and Technicians with operational and technical queries throughout the shift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 4-5 years&#8217; experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Previous\u202fexperience working within the wind industry<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of construction\/service management processes,\u202fmodels\u202fand methods as well as process safety standards and local legislation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain and hold GWO and country specific\u202fMedical\u202fcheck certification<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Office 365 and SAP, with solid IT literacy<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient communicator<\/li>\n<li>Structured and systematic with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys motivating and coaching, professional and skilled in contributing to group efforts<\/li>\n<li>You will have an open approach to decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Culturally aware with an inclusive mindset<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed leadership skills and customer focused<\/li>\n<li>Fluent written and spoken English (this is the working language within Vestas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, collaborative, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
